About Member of The Month:
Every month a team forum-post is created, in wich all contenders (DM DaDu001 to be on the list!) get listed. Every member can after that vote on contenders by ''liking'' or ''disliking''. Downvotes also get used, it just counts as ''-1''. The contender with the most votes at the end of the month gets the MoTM title, meaning that your name will be in the special mentions, and you will get Leader for show for the next month.
